The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to one day before arrival, in which case the prepayment paid will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notification. If you cancel your reservation after this time or you do not show up at the hotel on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 50.00% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, you must provide your credit card details or make a prepayment for 50.00% of the booking value via the online payment system.
